About Us

Hi, I’m Nalisha.

My husband Kieran and I run Tall Tales Kids Books. There are few things I’m more passionate about than books, especially children’s literature. I grew up in a home filled with books, my parents were both teachers and loved reading themselves. My love of reading grew into a passion for writing kid’s books, middle grade is my forte and I have a few works in progress that I hope will be seen in bookstores at some point!

I’m a proud alumna of the Yale Writers Conference and have been a member of the Society of Children’s Books Writers and Illustrators for almost 7 years. Above all, I am a mom of two enthusiastic bibliophiles. I spend hours curating their library and can’t wait to do the same for your kids.
